 1. HR Manager
 Essential Qualification:- Two Years regular MBA or Two Years regular Post Graduate   Diploma in Management from recognized University/institute With Human Resource (as   major subject)
Experience:-  Minimum 5 Years of post qualification experience in HR with at least 2 Years of related
work experience in public sector/ Development Sector / Social Sector in HR functions.Salary Per Month:- Rs. 75,000/-


2. Procurement Manager

Essential Qualification:- Two Years regular, MBA or two Years regular PG Diploma in Finance 
(as a major subject)from any recognized University/institute
Experience:- Minimum 5 Years of work experience at state level in Procurement, of which 2 Years 
of related state level experience in public sector
Salary Per Month:- Rs. 75,000/-

3. Legal Advisor
Essential Qualification:- Bachelor's degree in Law from any recognized University/institute
Experience:- Minimum 5 Years of related work experience in Government/Public
Organizations/ Programs/ Law firm
Salary Per Month:- Rs. 75,000/-

4. Finance 
Manager

Essential Qualification:- Two Years regular MBA in Finance ( as a major subject) or Years Regular PG Diploma in Finance (as a major subject) or CA/CS/ ICWAI from a recognized University/institute
 Experience:- Minimum 5 Years of state level finance related managerial work experience in public 
 sector
 Salary Per Month:- Rs. 75,000/-

5. Grievances Manager 
Essential Qualification:- Two Years regular MBA or two Years regular Post Graduate in 

Health Management /Health Administration/Hospital Administration.
Experience:- Minimum 5 Years of experience at State level in managing public grievances, social 
audits, monitoring Of social sector projects. 
Salary Per Month:- Rs. 75,000/-

6. Monitoring & Evaluation Manager

Essential Qualification:- B. Tech in Computer Science or IT / M,Sc. Statistics or Two Years Master in Population Science from  recognized University/institute
Experience:- At least 5 Years of relevant experience at state level in monitoring and evaluation and 
data analysis in social sector schems with public/ private sector
Salary Per Month:- Rs. 75,000/-

7. Capacity Building (CB) & Information Education & Communication (IEC) Manager

Essential Qualification:Two Years regular Masters in Social Work (M.SW) or Two Years regular 
Master in journalism or Two Years regular Master in Mass Communication recognized University/
Institution
Experience:- Minimum 5 Years of experience at State level in IEC /Capacity building related interventions in Public Social Sector programs, in which minimum 2 Years experience in IEC
Salary Per Month:- Rs. 75,000/-


8. Quality Assurance Manager

Essential Qualification:- Science graduate with two Years regular Master or two Years regular PG 
diploma in Hospital Management/ Hospital Administration/ Health Administration/ Health Management 
from a recognized institution/University
Experience:- Minimum 5 Years of work experience in Quality Assurance/  Quality Management /Health care Management
Salary Per Month:- Rs. 75,000/-

9. IT Manager
Essential Qualification:- M,Tech (Cornptlter Science/ IT) or B.E/ B.Tech  Computer Science/IT)/ 
MCA with regular MBA or PG diploma in IT.
Experience:- Minimum 5 Years of experience at state level in managing IT.
Salary Per Month:- Rs. 75,000/-

10. Database Administrator

Essential Qualification:M. Tech (Computer Science/ IT /Database systems) or B. Tech/ B.E. (Computer Science/IT)/ MCA with MBA in IT.
Experience:- Minimum 5 Years of experience in managing database systems with 2 Years  of experience in  managing SQL/Oracle data bases.
Salary Per Month:- Rs. 75,000/- 

Age Limit:- For all Manager Posts & Database Administrator: Maximum 40 Years of age as on 1st January, 2019.
For Legal Advisor: Maximum 45 Years as on  1 st January, 2019.

2. Data Entry Operators
